GPC is dedicated to helping science study forests, with the use of our HDS system we are able to assist arborist & researchers gather data needed to assess tree & forest conditions. By combining ground and arial scanning and comparing year on year scans we can determine the growth of and individual tree or the gain or loss of a grove of trees. |
GPC uses the HDS system to determine the volumes of upright cylindrical & horizontal tanks. These systems produce a tile where every vertical and horizontal inch of the tank surface has a measurement. This can then be used to calibrate:
