Today, GPC, Inc. is an internationally recognized leader in tank calibration services. GPC, Inc. serves on various committees of the American Petroleum Institute (API) by updating industry standards related to tank calibration. GPC, Inc. directly provides its services to its clients, including field surveying, 3-D modeling, calculations and report writing in accordance with API standards.
GPC, Inc. is headquartered in Crockett, CA and has a Gulf Coast office in Texas.
A LITTLE HISTORY
In 1986, D'Arcy Trask worked for Columbia Inspections as an Oil Inspector and was transferred from Los Angeles to Crockett, California. In 1989, D'Arcy starting working for Saybolt, Inc. doing oil inspection and tank calibration. During that time, he saw the need for a high quality tank calibration service provider. In 1992, D'Arcy established Gauge Point Calibration (GPC), Inc. in Rodeo, California.
